It's very professional yet maintains high quality personable care.I want to thank Valerie for showing me a fool proof way of using eye drops and for her sweet and happy demeanor. Took my mother for cataract surgery. The process was smooth. My mother told me everyone was kind and professional. There was no long waiting as the appointment went as scheduled. The pick up and drop off went smoothly. I was called in plenty of time to pick her up when she was done. The eye is healing well and she is already seeing an improvement in her eyesight. My husband Raymond was seen by Dr. Clyde Hayworth for the first time today. He will be needing cataract surgery. I can not tell you how pleased we were with Dr Clyde and Sharon his assistant. Outstanding care and attention to detail. Right from the start with initial evaluation followed immediately with Amy White to schedule surgery and all the details before and after including pre and post surgical procedure eye drops. Glad I chose KOCH/Dr Gerber for the cataract surgery. Dr Fantoni provided thorough follow up care after each eye surgery. The surgery location was top notch and professionally well staffed resulting in a smooth experience in and out. I would recommend the mild sedation protocol. One area that could be improved would be ability to speak to the right person in a reasonable time when calling the office. Also their portal is easy to use but the patient education documents are impossible to view. Replies to sent messages/questions are nonexistent. There was one hiccup on my first day of surgery, I was the first person in line for surgery that morning, when I got to the equipment location we found there was an equipment problem. They were able to switch quickly to the back up machine, so there were no holdups to do that. But my point is that should not have happened. More

Recently had cataract surgery. Both the office and St. James Surgery Center functions like a well oiled machine. Every employee that I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly and good at what they do. My only regret is that I never had the opportunity to thank Dr. Richard Sayegh personally for restoring my vision to a level that it had never been before. My distance vision is now 20/20 with no refractive correction and with the standard surgery. Results like that require a very high level of skill. Top notch eye care! More
