The Wakefield office was incredibly kind, super polite & helpful; I got no Conveyor Belt sense while I was there, either for myself or the other patients I saw being processed. Pam & Jacqueline were Five Star friendly, compassionate & super helpful with information & patience with an old lady (moi~) very anxious about the surgeries I must have. Dr Gerber was just amazing, super-accessible, actively listened to me & provided assurance & resource. I was worried going in and relieved coming out. Amazing~ More

Outstanding care and attention to detail. Right from the start with initial evaluation followed immediately with Amy White to schedule surgery and all the details before and after including pre and post surgical procedure eye drops. Glad I chose KOCH/Dr Gerber for the cataract surgery. Dr Fantoni provided thorough follow up care after each eye surgery. The surgery location was top notch and professionally well staffed resulting in a smooth experience in and out. I would recommend the mild sedation protocol. One area that could be improved would be ability to speak to the right person in a reasonable time when calling the office. Also their portal is easy to use but the patient education documents are impossible to view. Replies to sent messages/questions are nonexistent. There was one hiccup on my first day of surgery, I was the first person in line for surgery that morning, when I got to the equipment location we found there was an equipment problem. They were able to switch quickly to the back up machine, so there were no holdups to do that. But my point is that should not have happened. More
