I’ve been going to the Wakefield office for years. They are all professional and kind. Dr Fantoni is upbeat and kind and you can ask her any question and she listens and answers without her trying to sell you anything.The staff all round is excellent. They help each other out during the day to make things go smoothly and on time.The optical eyeglass section is also very good and knowledgeable. They helped me get the best glasses with discounts applied to get a great deal. A great place! More

Outstanding care and attention to detail. Right from the start with initial evaluation followed immediately with Amy White to schedule surgery and all the details before and after including pre and post surgical procedure eye drops. Glad I chose KOCH/Dr Gerber for the cataract surgery. Dr Fantoni provided thorough follow up care after each eye surgery. The surgery location was top notch and professionally well staffed resulting in a smooth experience in and out.I would recommend the mild sedation protocol.One area that could be improved would be ability to speak to the right person in a reasonable time when calling the office. Also their portal is easy to use but the patient education documents are impossible to view. Replies to sent messages/questions are nonexistent.There was one hiccup on my first day of surgery, I was the first person in line for surgery that morning, when I got to the equipment location we found there was an equipment problem. They were able to switch quickly to the back up machine, so there were no holdups to do that. But my point is that should not have happened. More

Very thorough eye exam and Dr. Fantoni is always knowledgeable regarding any questions or concerns I might have. More

Dr. Fantoni and her staff were friendly and efficient, but without rushing such that I felt free to ask about anything I was interested or concerned about (even asking about an eyelid lift for my increasingly saggy lids and whom to see about something like that— not a procedure any of the doctors there do, but they can refer me to someone). The Claris Vision eyeglass shop staff were also very friendly and helpful, taking the time to double check all measurements were right and all the latest lens options were discussed while keeping in mind just how much my insurance would cover.
