I recently had my cataracts removed by Dr. Sayegh. He did an excellent job, explained everything that would happen even through the surgery itself. Although I was a bit disappointed that I saw a different person for each testing processed two additional doctors for the follow up visits, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable in their area. Kudos to the follow up docs: Dr. Amy Uddin and Dr. Clyde Haworth for their patience in answering every question I had and then some. Thanks to these folks, I have better than 20/20 vision in each eye! More

Outstanding care and attention to detail. Right from the start with initial evaluation followed immediately with Amy White to schedule surgery and all the details before and after including pre and post surgical procedure eye drops. Glad I chose KOCH/Dr Gerber for the cataract surgery. Dr Fantoni provided thorough follow up care after each eye surgery. The surgery location was top notch and professionally well staffed resulting in a smooth experience in and out. I would recommend the mild sedation protocol. One area that could be improved would be ability to speak to the right person in a reasonable time when calling the office. Also their portal is easy to use but the patient education documents are impossible to view. Replies to sent messages/questions are nonexistent. There was one hiccup on my first day of surgery, I was the first person in line for surgery that morning, when I got to the equipment location we found there was an equipment problem. They were able to switch quickly to the back up machine, so there were no holdups to do that. But my point is that should not have happened. More

Amy and erica are beyond belef the lovliest,kindest,most efficient wonderful people my 89 yr old father,whos a korean war veteran,and i ,have met in a very long lon long time. These 2 young ladies made our week ,if not our year. Hopefully koch is aware of yhe priceless vakue these 2 people are wi5hin thwre business.joseph e alves Ericka again was,so helpful I had a change of glasses and she helped me just like before What a pleasure to see her again There arent alot of erikas out there Koch eye assciates your very lucky Treat her with kidd gloves the same way she treats people More

They saw me through a particularly frustrating experience,….. not of their making. I so appreciate their guidance and expertise which finally led to the right prescription glasses. Their prices are comparable and the service is quick. Finally I can drive with new glasses and that enable me to see both distance and the fine print on the dashboard! I will be back for future glasses. More

I had a great exam with Dr Uddin, and then I had an amazing experience in the Optical downstairs. Amy and Erica were so nice and welcoming! They looked up my insurance and I love my new Maui Jim sunglasses, and I qualified for a second pair half off. They are very experienced Opticians who know their stuff, and are great at styling people, even in masks! I would highly recommend the amazing customer service at Koch on Tollgate Road! More
