I'm writing a review about the optical shop. Deb, Deborah or Debbie is terrific! She was friendly, kind, funny, and knowledgeable! Very patient too! She answered any questions or concerns I had! Customer service off the charts! Beth was also there, she answered some questions that I had also. Beth was so nice too! I dealt mostly with Deb, her and Beth seem to have a great work environment! I'm looking forward to getting my new glasses and seeing the girls again! More

I love this location. They are always so friendly and helpful. I stopped in today because one of my lenses kept falling out of my frames and Lindsay helped me right away. This is the second time she's helped me repair a set of glasses within minutes and free of charge. She gets them back to brand new and it's such a relief to have someone quickly fix something rather than them telling you that you have to send them out for a repair, wait however long to get them back, and then pay who knows how much. Thank you Lindsay! More

A huge thanks, especially to Zack, also Erica and Amy, all optical assistants at the optical center. They’re prompt, pleasant, patient and extremely helpful. They saw me through a particularly frustrating experience,….. not of their making. I so appreciate their guidance and expertise which finally led to the right prescription glasses. Their prices are comparable and the service is quick. Finally I can drive with new glasses and that enable me to see both distance and the fine print on the dashboard! I will be back for future glasses. More

I had been going to LensCrafters for ages and have been paying way too much money for eyewear. On top of that, the office of Jewel Eye Associates (the eye doctors contracted with them) was billing my insurance in a very shady way and refused to provide me details of why they were doing so. Suffice to say I needed a new eye doctor. I came to Koch Eye (office on Greenwich Ave) and the staff there is absolutely wonderful. Every single person there was friendly and helpful. The office is clean and organized. Best of all, I got a new pair of glasses AND sunglasses for less than what I paid for one pair at other places. 10/10 recommend Koch Eye for your vision needs. More

Had LASIK on 8/14/2020, great experience, I was well informed of what to expect. No surprises. Dr. Gerber was very professional and has good bed side manners. For my follow up the next day I saw Dr. Bae and she was very nice, friendly and sweet. The entire staff at all the locations I have visited for eye exams, purchase glasses and/or contacts have been very nice. Very nice and clean locations, everyone wears a mask and practice social distancing as much as possible. I am glad I had this team for my surgery and my family eye care needs. More

Everyone at the office was courteous and friendly! The wait time was short. The technician along with Doctor Ireland answered all my questions regarding my Keratoconus. I was worried my condition may have become worse. However, they eased any worries I had. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend! More

I've never been to Koch eye associates before, everyone here is efficient and friendly and Dr Rosenthal was very nice, an answered any questions I had. I was very happy with my overall experience, from my eye exam to receiving my glasses. I would recommend this location of Koch eye associates to anybody. More

I recently had my eye exam and I was very impressed that my new eye doctor took time with the exam and told me why my eyes where itching alot because of dry eye syndrome and she was nice enough to give me free samples of lubricated eye drops . Also I like to thank that nice lady Danielle for taking me right away before seeing the eye doctor she was very polite and so was the receptionist. I recommend this place to friends and family and my mother wants to go. Also, my eyes did change a little bit and I had to pick out my glasses and I really like them. Also, I received a call a week after my eye exam and they told,me my glasses were ready and when I put them on what a big difference I can see alot better. Thank you again Koch Associates I will be back next year! :-) More

Patti Koch is one of the best eye doctors around. Her singsong voice will stay with you for days. Honestly. If Mary Poppin's was an eye doctor, she would be Patti.The office is always clean, has televisions and magazines out front, and the staff is warm and welcoming. You can order your contacts and glasses through this facility, and they have decent prices. As awkward as a trip to an eye doctor can be, with the puffs of air, random drops in you eyes, not being able to distinguish E from B....Patti turns the experience around and makes it a breeze.I have seen a few other doctors at this office, and haven't loved them as much (hence the 4 stars,) but will see them if Patti isn't free. More
