Love my experience at Koch Eye Associates. My eye exam went well and I found that my prescription had changed drastically and that I may need cataract surgery in the Spring. I then went to the optometrist shop to select new glasses. I was treated with respect and selected a pair. Just picked up the completed eyes wear and am totally satisfied with their caring and attentive service More

We experienced exceptional service from Hailey helping us with prisms on the prescription eyeglasses. She was patient, kind, informative and went beyond to send a fax to another eye specialist, talking to the Dr in the clinic that day, involving the manager about our inability to get a specialist appointment for another 6 months. Jill the manager was willing to call and find us help for the worsening double vision problem. Amazingly something happened and we received a call a few days after our visit to Koch for an appointment with the specialist needed!!! Thank you all very much for this world class service and care. I’ve been going to the Wakefield office for years. They are all professional and kind. Dr Fantoni is upbeat and kind and you can ask her any question and she listens and answers without her trying to sell you anything.The staff all round is excellent. They help each other out during the day to make things go smoothly and on time.The optical eyeglass section is also very good and knowledgeable. They helped me get the best glasses with discounts applied to get a great deal. A great place! More

This is my 2nd yr getting my eye glasses. A few glitches at first ( l didnt like Progressive lens) but taken care of ASAP. The optical person that I see was on the phone for 3, yes, 3 hrs with my Insurance Co. with different people/ depts. Finally, the Insurance Co. called Medicare and explained the help I got last yr was dropped bc of covid ending. I paid the $192 out of pocket. Not Koch's fault. They were very helpful. The man across from us was having issues w the same Insurance co. He was there 2 hrs. So please, ask your Insurance Co. again and again what your exact benefits are and what's out of pocket for 2024. And again when you get your 2025 plan. More

The staff in Wakefield recently gave me the best eyecare service ever. The folks at Reception were friendly and helpful and Dr. Tresca provided excellent care. Most noteworthy was my experience with Ms. Hicks in the Glasses Shop. She was generous enough with her product knowledge, as well as her time, to walk me through several combinations of lens-types and colors, and frames, for three pairs of glasses. Great staff, very nice facility, parking, you get it; just go. More

I just went to Koch Eye Associate for the first time. I had a wonderful experience. I went there for my opticals I met Dot She was extremely helpful, professional, compassionate, and caring.Dot was very thorough and she had a lot of expert advice to give me about my eyeglasses. We went to the optical shop to see if they had more variety than our regular eye doctor office. We were taken care of right away by Haley and she was attentive and kind. She really looked at the glasses with us and made sure they were the right fit and look. We didn't feel rushed and she went above and beyond even fixing my husbands current glasses to make them more comfortable. Would recommend a trip there for new glasses! More

Fun the girls and the front desk, to the nice person who tried her hardest to get me in with my husband instead of going back in the afternoon. Recommend! (This is for Koch Eye at 20 Hampton Way in Wakefield, RI) Shout out to Dr. Tess Deresienski for my eye exam and to Dorothy Silva who helped me with buying glasses. Also the receptionists were great. I appreciated everyone being masked in the building. There was one guy who I didn't appreciate as much, who did the first part of eye exam, who was kind of rude. (ie, he said my Asian name wrong, and then didn't bother apologizing / couldn't even try when I offered the correct pronunciation of my name. I could have gone about my day without the racism, my dude.) But that aside, everyone else was great. I look forward to my annual check up next year and eventually getting new glasses or lenses with Dot's help again! More

I've never had a problem getting an appointment, and all my questions are thoroughly answered by the doctor as well as the staff conducting different tests. I have a fairly complicated medical situation, with multiple issues that tend to complicate treatment. Dr. Burns has always been able to find the right course of treatment to keep my eyes healthy, and still seeing pretty sharp, especially considering my age. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Burns to any of my friends. As far as prescription glasses go, I have gotten several pair here and the last pair of wound up having scratches in them after about 4 or 5 months of wear. I brought them back, and without any discussion, or complicated processes, lenses were replaced under warranty. Couldn't ask for better service. More

Koch Eye Associates saved my vacation. I was here from out of town and ripped my last contact lens. I was lucky I had my prescription with me and they had my lens in stock. In less than 20 minutes, I had a brand new lens and was on my way! Thank you Koch Associates for saving me from a very long ride home with only1 contact lens in my eyes. Very courteous friendly staff who were willing to listen and help and save my day! More

I recently went to seacoast for a checkup and to get glasses, and was lucky enough to get an appointment with their newest addition, Dr. Levy. I'm a little finicky and picky when it comes to my healthcare, and Dr. Levy was really sweet and took the time to make me feel comfortable and answer any questions that I had. She even gave me some opinions on glasses! She is quite a gem in the small state of RI. I am actually looking forward to my next visit! :) More
