I first went to Koch Eye many years ago after being referred there for a follow up appointment after being treated at the emergency room for an eye injury, That was the only time I actually saw Dr. Koch himself (who was very nice by the way) It is only in the last few years (since my old lady eyes have begun to need reading glasses) that I have come in regularly for my eye exam and glasses prescription. I never have any problem with wait time because there are several optometrists. Really the only thing I am not crazy about is their hours. I wish it was possible to get an evening appointment or that there was an occasional Saturday. The office staff is pleasant and courteous More

Went here to have laser surgery on both eyes to fix issues with cataract removal done by a different facility.The technician and doctor were great. They listened to me and cared about my problems. Would definitely recommend them. More

Best experience I’ve had at this location. Staff was knowledgeable. And engaging. I’d like the personal touch if they would introduce themselves. I was fortunate to get an appointment just a few days after calling. The staff and doctor addressed my immediate concern. Gave an explanation for what was happening with my vision. And totally explained how the treatment procedure would be accomplished and what I could expect afterwards. At check out I had the feeling the scheduled was “nudged” so I could have the other eye done the following week. It was an excellent experience from check-in to check-out. Thank you to Dr. Graham who went above and beyond. What was thought to initially be pink eye was actually a serious eye condition that is threatening my husband's vision. Dr. Graham was able to reduce his eye pressure set him up with a specialist. Without her and the techs prompt attention and professionalism, he would have lost his vision yesterday. Thank you to the Koch Eye staff that got my husband, who is not a patient, in so quickly. More

She did a wonderful job. Thank you, Dr Grace I went to her and she gave me a cataract surgery and she put it on the line with me and she and her head nurse was caring for me and wanted the best for me and I came out with any trouble she gave me new eyes and I can see and wanted to go back to school and get my cdl and now I can do just that she and her head nurse at the st. I wasn't getting anywhere with my issue. Then Lisa walked over with a BIG smile on her face and said can I help you. I needed help right away with an eye issue. Koch, in Wakefield was able to see me within 2 hours of my call. They resolved the issue and sent me away completely satisfied. Could not have asked for any better service or professionalism. I will certainly continue as a patient there as I have been happy all these years but this was over the top service! More

Everyone in the office is polite and respectful. Wait time for appointment is short..we waited about 5 minutes. Getting new glasses for my son was simple, and fast. More

I come here once a year to get my eye exam and any glasses I need as allowed from my insurance. My experience has always been so pleasant and smooth! Whatever I need, I ask and it’s fulfilled. Plus I have the best eye doctor. This recent visit, the check in was a young lady who was sweet and pleasant. I liked that no PII (personal identifiable info) wasn’t said out loud. My wait time was short or maybe I didn’t noticed because I was too preoccupied watching the Food Network competition between teenagers baking. They have kids on there now??? I was soon called in by the eye assistant, don’t know what you formerly call them but she was pleasant too! Then I got to see my yearly eye doctor and she’s so great too. I always look forward to getting my yearly eye physical here. More

UPDATE, 2:45pm, 2023-05-01 - The office got back to me right away and let me know that their system is back up. Thank you to everyone there for responding promptly. I'm changing my review accordingly.Been a loyal customer for almost a decade but the optical shop told me their systems were down and they couldn't help facilitate payment for a new pair of glasses, and that they would call me when they could log back into them. It's been nearly a month since I got my prescription for new glasses, no call, no update on whether they can accept my insurance for glasses. Meanwhile I'm having difficulty reading/seeing things. I've called the optics shop three times to try and get an update. Yes, I know I can take my prescription anywhere I want. But they take my insurance, so why should I have to? I hope they get in touch with me to straighten this out. I want to buy glasses from them, not have to go somewhere else, because they do such a great job and have a great selection.-Anthony D. More

Carmen Melissa Sanchez at the Woonsocket Koch Eye office was awesome. I needed help with an appointment for my niece and the call center was not answering, I reached Melissa and she took care of it for me. So pleasant and friendly. I then reached back out to the Woonsocket office and spoke with Mel regarding rx script for my niece and I couldn’t have asked for a better person on the phone. She was not only super pleasant and friendly to speak to but when I had questions she took her time to explain things to me. Love the Woonsocket Koch Eye Team! Way to help your patients. More

I had two cataracts removed by Dr. Alexandrou and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. He was incredibly patient and supportive and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him and all of the Koch Eye staff I interacted with. More

I have been here twice and both experiences have been pretty solid. While I'm knocking off a star for wait time, I'm adding 4 for a pleasant experience with all of the staff. Upon walking in, the secretary was extremely friendly and helpful. They squeezed me into a same-day appointment due to getting something in my eye that wouldn't come out (ouch!). I waited about 40 minutes to be seen which was a tad frustrating but once the doctor came in, I felt at ease as he was extremely friendly, warm and very helpful. He helped my poor eye and went the extra mile by giving me an eye exam (my current script expired literally that day) afterwards. After fixing my eye, I went into the optical store attached to the office and was greeted by a friendly and also super helpful woman who struck up some fun conversation and helped me decide on the right pair. I had an all around great experience here and would highly recommend to anyone who needs eye care. More

This office is fantastic. I had a huge problem with my previous optometrist's office so I was relieved that this office staff knew what they were doing and were efficient and friendly in the process. I noticed an elderly woman waiting for someone to pick her up and the staff offered to make a phone call for her to make sure they were on there way. That was pretty awesome.The technology is up to date and very helpful in diagnosing eye issues. The staff takes their time to assess everything and they seem to genuinely care. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with his care. He also discussed with me an issue I brought up about my son.I was very satisfied with my care and treatment there.
