I have always found the desk staff, Dr. Ireland, Chelsea and Hailey to be very competent, friendly and willing to help in any way they can. I willing wait a little longer for an appointment at this location rather than go to any of the other offices. More

Dr Ireland is always wonderful. But the shout out today goes to Hailey and Chelsea. I brought three pair of glasses that I was told from the place I purchased (LC) that they could not be adjusted.... But low and behold Hailey worked her magic. Chelsea was amazing with information on my coverage as well. These ladies deserve kudos! More

My physician and the staff in this office are wonderful. Helpful, answering questions and offering assistance with insurance needs. The office is clean and runs like clockwork. I had maybe a 10-minute wait. Highly recommend them. More

My husband and I recently visited the optical shop of Koch Eye in South Kingstown. We have been patients of Koch for many years in North Kingstown but were told the selection of glasses was larger in SK. We have always been happy customers of Koch but felt the need to shout out this location and the amazing customer service we received from Hailey. Hailey was The Best optician we have ever worked with in our many, many years of purchasing glasses. She was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. She clearly loves what’s she does and it really shows! More

This office has provided wonderful customer service, as well as red carpet service from all of the staff. I recommend the quality of their eye care to anyone. They have state of the art equipment at this office, or available at other Koch Eye locations. They KNOW what they are doing and have a great selection of frames. More

This is by far the best vision center with an absolutely wonderful staff and the doctors are topnotch! I specifically continue to drive 20 minutes to this location instead of the 5 minute drive to much closer vision centers. More

My appointment was very informative, and I saw the doctor fairly quickly, who addressed my concerns and made necessary changes to my contacts and explained why. Despite it being the end of the day during a holiday week, everyone in the office was friendly. At the end of my appointment, I waited to browse through the optical shop. With Covid, only 1 person at a time is allowed, and it was approaching 5PM. They offered myself and two other people to set an appointment the same week to come back, which I appreciated. More

I took my daughter (8 y/o) here for her exam, she’s never been to an optometrist before and is completely scared of any Dr visits. The staff was great! They were very nice and talked with my daughter and told her everything they were going to do, look at, and what all the equipment was. Afterwards, the lady that works with the frames was super helpful, despite everyplace having limited selections for kids frames we found something our daughter wouldn’t mind wearing. She also did a great job explaining the sizes and how to understand what we were looking at. Definitely a great place if your kid never been to optometrist before! More

I ended up ordering a new pair of glasses, left the office, and decided to make a change to my order. I called the office and they were able to quickly help me with my request. So far I'm happy with my decision to visit this location. More

Koch has been my eye place for the past two years and has done an excellent job with my glasses and contact prescriptions. When I first went to them I had an eye irritation that they were able to quickly identify and treat. The doctors are attentive and knowledgeable. I was recently on vacation and forgot my contacts. The office staff worked quickly, despite being very busy wih patients, to fax my prescription to a local eyecare office who was able to fill it for me. The Koch teams’ quick action saved my day and vacation! More

Koch has been my eye place for the past two years and has done an excellent job with my glasses and contact prescriptions. When I first went to them I had an eye irritation that they were able to quickly identify and treat. The doctors are attentive and knowledgeable. I was recently on vacation and forgot my contacts. The office staff worked quickly, despite being very busy wih patients, to fax my prescription to a local eyecare office who was able to fill it for me. The Koch teams' quick action saved my day and vacation! More
