Dr Ireland is always wonderful. But the shout out today goes to Hailey and Chelsea. I brought three pair of glasses that I was told from the place I purchased (LC) that they could not be adjusted.... But low and behold Hailey worked her magic. Chelsea was amazing with information on my coverage as well. These ladies deserve kudos! More

My husband and I recently visited the optical shop of Koch Eye in South Kingstown. We have been patients of Koch for many years in North Kingstown but were told the selection of glasses was larger in SK. We have always been happy customers of Koch but felt the need to shout out this location and the amazing customer service we received from Hailey. Hailey was The Best optician we have ever worked with in our many, many years of purchasing glasses. She was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. She clearly loves what’s she does and it really shows! More

I had already scheduled my appointment when I saw the reviews and was a little disheartened, however, I had a great experience during my first visit. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up ordering a new pair of glasses, left the office, and decided to make a change to my order. I called the office and they were able to quickly help me with my request. So far I'm happy with my decision to visit this location. More
