I dont usually write reviews.I was most impressed with my cataract surgery this week here. The place runs like clockwork! All the staff were fantastic! It's very professional yet maintains high quality personable care.I want to thank Valerie for showing me a fool proof way of using eye drops and for her sweet and happy demeanor. I want to thank Summer for her tender care and for loving where she works for how it works so well, and for working to grow in her field there. I want to thank all of you who assisted in my care tho I didn't get your name. I want to thank MS Dr. Graise for her surgery to restore my vision and all of her exceptional team.I highly recommend Koch Eye and St James surgery Center. Thank you! More

Took my mother for cataract surgery. The process was smooth. My mother told me everyone was kind and professional. There was no long waiting as the appointment went as scheduled. The pick up and drop off went smoothly. I was called in plenty of time to pick her up when she was done. The eye is healing well and she is already seeing an improvement in her eyesight. They were great with my mom. They treated her very well and she was very comfortable there. Everyone was very friendly and worked together and always welling to help and easy to talk too and ask questions and they explained everything so you understand what they were saying. My mom said that she would highly recommend anyone to have their surgery there. More

Last Thursday we my first time there for surgery the girls and the Dr was great they talk to you the whole time you are they I would recommend them to anybody they all have a great bedside manner and I will give them a five-star went to day for surgery again and had the same experience with the great bedside manner from all of them very pleasant thank you again Dale More

I had an excellent cataract removal experience with the well coordinated surgery team at St James Surgery Center. They put a very personal touch on a professionally orchestrated surgical process. Everything from intake/insurance approval thru going home instructions was clear. The center is easy to get to with plenty of parking. The surgery prep room made me think, "this is a really good team - lots of smooth handoffs and cross checking to insure accuracy! There were a bunch of chairs that convert to operating tables and they move patients in and out at an impressive pace. Well oiled machine!! They were a friendly and (seem like a) happy crew! What I really liked was the results of my surgery!! Dr Sayeah is friendly and confident, justifiably proud of the skills he has mastered. He gives people their sight back for a living! Needless to say, I'm thrilled to see with real clarity (and in color!!) again!! More

I was so nervous going in St James for my procedure but those feelings were left at their front door! From the moment I walked in the staff was fantastic in informing you of the procedure,prep..and post surgery information.I cant say enough about the staff.What a wonderful group of professionals! St James should be proud of each and everyone of them!!! More

I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors went above and beyond. I was extremely nervous and everyone went out of their way to make me feel relaxed. Surgery was a success, back in a week for my second eye. More
