Dr. Richard Luck is an ophthalmologist with more than 25 years of experience providing comprehensive eye care. For over two decades, he owned and operated a solo private practice in New York, specializing in anterior segment surgery with a focus on cataract and glaucoma treatment. He is fellowship-trained, board certified, and recognized for his expertise in advanced surgical care.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Luck has played a key role in medical education. He was honored with a “Teacher of the Year” award, served as Assistant Program Director of an ophthalmology residency program, and has been a clinical professor for physician assistant students. His dedication to training future providers reflects his passion for advancing the field of ophthalmology.

Dr. Luck is now seeing patients at Koch Eye Associates in Rhode Island, where he provides specialized cataract and glaucoma care. He combines decades of surgical experience with a patient-centered approach, ensuring compassionate and effective treatment for every individual he serves.
