Meet Dr. Burchard

Dr. Burchard is a double board-certified Facial Plastic Surgeon with Koch Eye Associates. He is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Burchard grew up in Duxbury, MA & Little Compton, RI and now resides in North Kingstown, RI with his wife and their two children.

Dr. Burchard’s professional focus is on performing cosmetic treatments and procedures in the face & neck. Dr. Burchard has extensive experience with injectables such as Botox & Juvederm, and provides surgical treatments ranging from Laser Resurfacing to Blepharoplasty, Rhinoplasty & Face Lifts.

Education

Dr. Burchard completed his undergraduate studies at Colgate University in New York where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. Dr. Burchard received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. He attended a five-year residency program in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery Residency at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA. Following his residency, Dr. Burchard completed fellowship subspecialty training in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Toronto in Toronto, ON where he trained with internationally recognized experts in cosmetic surgery of the face and neck.

Dr. Burchard holds an academic appointment of Clinical Assistant Professor in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery at the Brown Alpert School of Medicine in Providence, RI.
